 Grilled Titus Fish Recipe


Ps: Too much curry leaf leaves a bitter after taste 

Ingredients

  1. 1 stalk Curry leaves
  2. Garlic
  3. Ginger
  4. Seasoning
  5. Salt
  6. 1 tbsp vegetable oil / butter
  7. Onion
  8. 4 scotch bonnet
  9. 1 tomato
  10. 1 tbsp rodo jam (optional)

Steps

  1. Remove gills and wash your fish

  2. Roughly blend the scotch bonnet, onion, curry leaves, Ginger and garlic

  3. Mix the blended ingredients with 1 tbsp rodo jam, veg oil or butter, seasoning and salt to create a marinade

  4. Rub the marinade all over the fish and inside the fish. Make slight incisions on the fish so it can fully absorb the flavours

  5. Grill in a preheated oven for 30 mins or till both sides are done and crisp looking

  6. Serve with vegetables and dip of choice
